Trisha Yearwood
Last week we told you that Trisha Yearwood had to make an emergency landing in Baltimore when the front window of her private jet cracked at 30 thousand feet. Everything turned out fine, and she's glad things didn't take a turn for the worst. Trisha tells us, quote, "[People tell me], 'If that window would have broken, you would've lost cabin pressure at 30 thousand feet. That plane would've broken apart.' I'm like, 'Nah, that wouldn't happen.'" The actual landing was quite an experience, though. Trisha says, "[It was like] in the movies -- all the fire trucks and emergency crews...I guess that's when it kinda sinks in that this is serious." Trisha is safe back on the ground in Oklahoma these days, but she'll get back up in the air to fly to her show in Spencer, Iowa on September 6th.
