Turner Field Sunday concert
More than 42 thousand fans stood in the rain in Atlanta to catch Kenny Chesney's concert at Turner Field Sunday night with Brooks & Dunn. Kenny says, quote, "[When] you see the people out there who are soaked, it makes you really appreciate your fans."For Brooks & Dunn, the big challenge was just deciding which hits to cut from their set for time purposes. Some songs, such as "Boot Scootin' Boogie," are a given, but it's sometimes difficult for the duo to introduce a new song into their show. Ronnie Dunn says, quote, "They'll sit down and listen for a minute [to the new song], and it's scary. We're not accustomed to having people actually sit down and pay attention to what we're doing." Brooks & Dunn get back to their Cowboy Town tour Friday night in Delaware.
